DATE:	July 10^th, 11^th and 12^th, 2009
LOCATION:	Galen Dreibelbis Softball Complex at Hess Fields, State College, PA
ENTRY FEE:	$400.00
AGE/CLASS	14 & Under Class “A”
ENTRY DEADLINE:	Friday, July 3, 2009 The tournament fee must be in the hands of the tournament director by this deadline.
ENTRY FORM:	Make checks payable to ASA of Pennsylvania and forward to the tournament director with your payment. Entry Form
ELIGIBILITY:	All teams must be ASA Registered.
FORMAT:	Three Game Guarantee Format. Teams will be contacted by telephone Monday, July 6, 2009 for bracket seeding game times and all the brackets will be posted on the ASA website at www.asaofpadist8.org
RULES:	With the exception of a 1 ½ hour time limit being used for all games, ASA rules will be utilized throughout the entire tournament.

CAR CHAMPIONSHIP:	Proof of Insurance, Proof of ASA Registration and team’s signed ASA roster will be due at check-in (signature of parents required for players under 18 years old) Official Roster Register ASA! 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd place receive team trophy & individual medals. (may change based on number of tournament entries)
