DATE:	June 26^h, 27^th and 28^th, 2009
LOCATION:	Galen Dreibelbis Softball Complex at Hess Fields, State College, PA
ENTRY FEE:	$410.00
AGE/CLASS	18 & Under Class “A”
ENTRY DEADLINE:	Friday, June 19, 2009 The tournament fee must be in the hands of the tournament director by this deadline.
ENTRY FORM:	Make checks payable to ASA of Pennsylvania and forward to the tournament director with your payment. Entry Form
ELIGIBILITY:	Tournament is limited to ASA of PA registered teams for State Championships.
FORMAT:	Four Game Format. Teams will be contacted by telephone Monday, June 22, 2009 for bracket seeding game times and all the brackets will be posted on the ASA website at www.asaofpadist8.org
RULES:	With the exception of a 1 ½ hour time limit being used for all games, ASA rules will be utilized throughout the entire tournament.

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP:	Proof of Insurance, Proof of ASA Registration and team’s signed ASA roster will be due at check-in (signature of parents required for players under 18 years old) Official Roster Register ASA! ASA of PA State Championship Jackets will be awarded to the winners with a minimum of eight (8) teams participating in the tournament. 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd place receive team plaque & individual medals. (may change based on number of tournament entries)
ADVANCE TO:	Winner and runner-up advance to the 2009 USA National Championship in Las Vegas, NV July 26, 2009 thru August 2, 2009
SPECIAL FIELD RULES:	NO Pets Allowed and NO Overnight Camping at Fields Allowed
