OVERNIGHT CAMPING.
ENTRY FEE: $400.00 per team payable to
S.C.A.S.A. Entry Deadline – June 24th
or until
divisions are filled. Tournament Fee and Registration Form MUST be
in the
hand by Entry Deadline.Send checks to

NOTIFICATION: Teams will be notified of
game schedule by June 27th by telephone.
FORMAT: Pool play, Friday and
Saturday, which will determine seeding for the double
elimination bracket play
beginning on Saturday.
AWARDS: Team trophies to the top
three teams in each division. Individual
awards to
the
first and second place teams.
ELIGIBILTY: ASA roster, with 2 pickups,
age according to ASA rules. The players
must be
affiliated with an ASA
registered team for insurance purposes.
The pickup
players
must bring a copy of their current ASA roster as proof of eligibility.
The
pickup player must be dressed in a matching team uniform. A copy of
the
team’s roster must be given to the tournament director no later than one
hour
before the teams first scheduled game.
Proof of age by birth certificate
upon
request.
TEAM INSURANCE: Each team must show proof of
insurance to the tournament director before
their first game.
UMPIRES: ASA sanctioned.
SOFTBALLS: ASA approved softballs will
be furnished.

ATTRACTION: The champion of
each age division may return to next year’s tournament. As

champs, your entrance fee will be FREE
